The One to Count On...

Pella Boys Basketball Fall to Norwalk

Pella boys played another solid game against top-ranked Norwalk but just like when the two teams played at Norwalk in early January the Warriors proved to be too much for the Little Dutch. Despite 33 points from Kirk Korver, Pella fell short 75-to-65. Norwalk got 33 of its own from Alex Dorr as the Warriors built a 15-point lead midway through the fourth quarter and held on against a late Pella charge. The Norwalk win means that the Warriors will share the Little Hawkeye Conference title with Pella Christian as each team finishes league play at 15-and-one. Pella will wrap up its regular season tonight at home against Centerville the team they also play in the first round of the postseason next Monday.
