The former city of Pella public works director has accepted a job with Norwalk. Tim Hoskins says he’s looking forward to returning to the public works field as it’s an opportunity to make a difference on an almost daily basis and very few jobs offer that. Hoskins says he’ll start his new position as public works director for the city of Norwalk June 15. He spent over nine years with the city of Pella.
