The Knoxville Historic Preservation Commission is proud to be hosting a program Thursday by Will Prather on “Historic Towns of Lake Red Rock.”  That’s according to commission co-chair Tom Schmeh.  He says the event is free and open-to-the-public, and will be the second in a series of monthly programs relating to the history and heritage of Knoxville.  The presentation will be held Thursday from 7 until 8 p.m. in the Knoxville Public Library.
