More Central College graduates are choosing graduate school instead of immediately entering the professional workforce. Pat Joachim Kitzman is the Director of the Career Center at Central College. She says they’ve heard back from about 33 percent of new graduates and of those, 36 percent are employed and 21 percent plan to further their education in graduate or professional school, an option Kitzman says has increased in recent years. She says now about one in four students choose to continue their education after Central College.
