A 60-year-old Kelley resident was charged with running a stop sign and hitting a pickup which caused a three-vehicle collision at the Pleasantville Y intersection of highway 5/92 Thursday.  The Iowa State Patrol reports Diana Perkovich was also transported to the hospital by Mercy Ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.  The 29-year-old Winterset resident in the pickup and the driver of a grain hauler,   69-year-old Pleasantville resident Lyle Havener, did not report any injuries.  Marion County Sheriff Ron Goemaat and Sheriffs Deputies, Emergency Management Coordinator Jeff Anderson, Pleasantville Fire & Rescue, Iowa State Patrol and Mercy Ambulance responded to the scene.
