Knoxville man pleads not guilty in fraud case

A 31-year-old Knoxville resident pled not guilty Friday to a charge that he cashed fraudulent checks totaling $3,900. Court documents report John Andrew Conrad has a pre-trial conference set July 17th on a forgery charge.
