A 17-year-old Knoxville resident faces charges of 1^st degree burglary and 1^st degree theft in connection with Monday’s stolen vehicle.  Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada says an investigation shows Morgan Wilkerson was involved from the beginning of the theft of a 2009 Chevrolet Impala, which ended after law enforcement pursued and stopped the car just outside of Knoxville. 20-year-old Knoxville resident Michael Carnahan was also charged with 1^st degree burglary, theft, and carrying a concealed weapon, among others.
