Investment advisors offer insight on Dow Jones climb

For the first time in months, the Dow Jones Industrial Average has climbed above 9,000. Iowa State Investment Officer Joe Cunningham says the numbers will help bring back confidence to investors, adding that drops and increases are natural in any market conditions. Mark Ellingson is the owner and a registered representative with VSR Financial Services in Pella. He says the significance of the Dow Jones average rising above nine thousand provides and emotional lift for investors.
