An exclusive art exhibit officially opens Monday at Central College. A collection of works by Charles Matson Lume, titled “Like an Island Down River from Us (for William Bronk)” will only be presented at Central College. The exhibit is based on a poem of the same title by William Bronk, and is on display through September 26th at the Mills Gallery on the Central College campus. Lume will return to Pella on September 24th for an artist talk and reception that evening. The Mills Gallery is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
