KNIA/KRLS Transitions to New Web Site
Posted By news On August 30, 2009 @ 6:22 am In Today’s Local News | Comments Disabled
You may have noticed a new, smooth Web site change at kniakrls.com earlier this week. KNIA/KRLS’s new Web site continues to deliver the most up to date news, sports, community, funeral and cancellation information first, fast and accurately, with better searching and layout features for your accessibility. The new Web site is also designed to be much easier for listeners to use and will continue to be updated as news breaks in and around Marion County, 24/7.
We have tried to maintain some of the aspects you have come accustom to, but expand and change the design of the site dramatically to suit the modern web viewer without alienating the casual web user. As a seasoned web user, there are many powerful tools at your disposal with RSS, tagging, and search within the site. As the casual web user, we feel you’ll find everything you want right at your fingertips in plain english, not internet jargon.
You’ll be able to access informative stories in a robust format. Pictures, Video, and Audio will be at your fingertips and right inside the information you are searching for.
Take a look around… and look often. We are continually updating our webpage throughout the day much of the time as news breaks in Marion County. You are always going to hear it on the radio first. Radio is still the quickest and most effective means of reaching a large number of people day after day… but we know sometimes you can not always keep up with the speed of radio, and publish our local news and information here at www.kniakrls.com.
We have become your local daily news source on the radio & the internet…
Feel free to contact us with your thoughts and comments on how we can better serve the community as the news and information leaders in the area.
