Melcher-Dallas football saw a 32/22 halftime advantage slip through in the second half to fall 46-38 to Murray last night. The Saints roared out to a quick 16/nothing advantage in the first quarter after a touchdown run from Levi VanderEcken…and a touchdown throw from quarterback Robert Bingham. Head Coach Chris Peterson was disappointed in his team’s lack of tenacity to finish the game off last night, but was encouraged overall by his team’s level of play throughout the contest. The Saints will square off against Grandview Park Baptist next week at home at seven, which can be heard on KNIA KRLS dot com.
