And the winners are… Jared Gerber and Chelsea Byers. The two were crowned as the 2009 Homecoming King and Queen for Pella High School last Monday at a ceremony in the school auditorium. Byers tells KNIA/KRLS News being crowned Queen came as quite a surprise. The two led the rest of the school in Homecoming activities for the remainder of the week, and spoke at pep rallies at the elementary, intermediate and middle schools.
