A Bussey resident was found guilty of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver Friday. Court documents report that Wade Sherman was sentenced to up to 5 years prison, which was suspended, and he was placed on probation for three years. Sherman was also ordered to pay a $750 fine plus court costs, among other orders.

In March, Sherman and his wife Misty were each charged with manufacturing of a schedule-one controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
