Enticement Charges Filed Against Pella Man

A 39-year-old Pella resident is facing a pair of charges following an alleged child enticement attempt Friday morning in Pella. Quintin VanRheenen is charged with two counts of enticing a minor for Friday’s events and an incident reported on September 6, 2009. VanRheenen is facing up to two years imprisonment on each charge, among other orders.
