Homecoming officially starts Friday at Central College. One of the day’s earlier activities will be the first-annual Coach Ron Schipper (skipper) Memorial Golf Tournament at Bos Landen, which will take place at 11:00.

At 6:15p.m., an Alumni and Family Barbeque will be held on the lawn between the Central Market and the Maytag Student Center, along with a pep rally at 6:30 p.m. at Ron and Joyce Schipper Stadium.

The evening will conclude with entertainment in Douwstra Auditorium, which will feature Homecoming coronation at 7:15 p.m., Big Slime and the Stagnant Pool performing at 8:15 p.m., and magician and comedian Michael Kent at 9:30 p.m.

Homecoming and Family Weekend continues through Sunday with various activities throughout the Central College campus in Pella.
