A five-member musical group from Israel is coming to Knoxville October 11th through the 16th, to perform and hold cultural workshops for students and residents. That’s according to Megan McKay Ziller, Secretary of the Red Rock Arts Alliance. She says Knoxville has been selected as one of only nine Midwestern cities to host the 2009-11 Arts Midwest World Fest, which will feature the Israeli Ethnic Ensemble.

McKay Ziller encourages residents to attend the concert being held October 17th at the Middle School Auditorium. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the Next Chapter, McKay Insurance or the Knoxville Community Schools Administration Office. Residents can also call 842-6552 for questions or more information.
