After two challenging tournaments in Iowa City the past two Saturdays, the Pella volleyball team will open up play in the Little Hawkeye Conference Tuesday night when they host Newton. Little Dutch Head Volleyball Coach Bob Fessler says the team will have to focus on the transition from playing all day to putting all of their energy into just one match. Pella’s conference-opener with Newton is at home Tuesday evening as part of the school’s 2009 Homecoming activities.
