Thursday is the deadline for Marion County residents to apply for the 2010 Leadership Red Rock program, which teaches participants about issues facing the region and provides opportunities to meet with current leaders from the area. Marion County Development Director Carla Eysink, who heads up the program, says graduates also get help in joining various boards or commissions in the county.
