The Marion County Board of Supervisors approved a request to extend the closeout date of the Tracy Sanitary Sewer project at their bi-monthly meeting yesterday. The project—which would create a unified sewer system in Tracy- now has a finish date of September 30, 2010, and is owned and operated by Mahaska Rural Water Works. In other business, the Board approved an ordinance to restrict animals in the Marion County Courthouse, among other issues.
