Two athletes from Central College have been recognized as some of the best in the Iowa Conference for their performances last week. Dutch running back David Zachary was named Iowa Conference Male Athlete of the Week for his career-best 161 yards rushing and four touchdowns in Central’s 41-27 win over Dubuque. And for the second time this season, Central sophomore Sarah Paulson was named Women’s Golfer of the Week. Paulson recently finished 4th out of 112 golfers at a tournament in Illinois that featured six nationally-ranked teams.
