Three candidates are on the ballot for an at-large seat on the Pella City Council in next week’s City Council elections. Daniel Spotten and David Vander Horst will challenge incumbent Mark De Jong in that race, while Ward 1 incumbent Dan Vander Beek and Ward 3 incumbent Bruce Schiebout are running unopposed.
