The Girls Swimming Regionals are today. Indianola/Knoxville will travel to West Des Moines Valley with hopes of getting several individuals to the state meet. Coach Scott Lickiss says with Indianola limited in numbers it will be hard to win the regional so he has a goal every year to get as many individuals to the state meet. Knoxville will be joined by West Des Moines Valley, Southeast Polk, Perry, Lewis Central, Dowling Catholic, Des Moines Lincoln, Council Bluffs Abe Lincoln, and Carroll.
