Knoxville Beggar’s Night is Friday evening, and costumed kids going door-to-door are encouraged to wear bright-colored outfits and use face paint instead of masks for visibility. Police Chief Dan Losada says parents need to supervise their younger children and use caution with the expected increase in people. He also says residents and children should be all treats and no tricks this year.
