The Knoxville City Council will receive initial union and city proposals for the 2010-2011 collective bargaining agreement at their bi-monthly meeting Monday evening at 6:15 in City Hall. The council will also consider adopting the contract and cost estimate for the 2009 West Area Relief Sewer Project, among other issues.
