One of the “Lost Boys” of Sudan, who has since founded a non-profit care organization will speak at Central College Thursday. Dominic Diing is the founder and president of Aid and Care Incorporated, a non-profit organization that was established to help and improve the lives of those poorest Africans living in areas affected by war and natural disasters.

Last fall, students from Central raised money for a group from Aid and Care that traveled to Africa last winter, and Diing wanted to come to campus to speak and to thank students for their work.

Diing’s speech will focus on building hope and inspiring others to transform their lives. He will also visit classes and have lunch with students on Friday. The event is open to the public and will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday in the Cox-Snow Recital Hall at Central College.
