The sixth annual Lucas Oil Late Model Knoxville Nationals kicks off Thursday, and Knoxville Raceway Race Director Ralph Capitani says a good crowd is expected. The $40,000-to-win, $2,500-to-start event draws the best dirt late model drivers in the land from coast-to-coast, according to Knoxville Raceway Marketing Director Brian Stickle. The popular racing event runs through Saturday.
