The Knoxville City Council this week approved the liquor license for a microbrewery getting ready for its debut. Peace Tree Brewing Company owner Megan McKay Ziller says the microbrewery, which has a target open date of October 22, will offer varieties of craft brewed beers. She adds those interested in checking out the brewery should stop by Saturday and Sunday, during the Red Rock Arts Alliance Autumn Studio Tour, which will feature a quilt guild inside the brewery.
