The Pella City Council will meet in special session Thursday night to receive a presentation on Pella’s water and wastewater systems from the city’s engineering firm. Presentations on “Water Infrastructure Analysis” and “Water and Wastewater Cost of Service Studies” will be delivered by representatives of the Howard R. Green Company and are the lone items on the agenda. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Pella Public Safety Complex off of Liberty Street.
