The Marion County Board of Supervisors approved the authorization to prepare a contract for a bridge replacement at their bi-monthly meeting Monday. The contract would detail replacing the bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks on Virginia Street between 60th Avenue and County Road S-45. In other business, the Board discussed preliminary steps for a proposed Pershing/Attica Sanitary Sewer Project, and approved a Marion County Care Facility bathroom remodeling bid for Roberts Construction for $3,051.20.
