The vaccination supply for this weekend’s H1N1 clinic in Pella arrived earlier this week. That’s according to a spokesperson with Marion County Public Health, who tells KNIA/KRLS News that approximately 500 doses of the shot and nasal mist type of vaccines arrived on Wednesday, and officials expect another shipment Friday.

The H1N1 Clinic will be held Saturday at the Pella High School cafeteria on 212 East University Street from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or until the vaccine runs out, and will only be given to specific priority groups. Officials say that those eligible for the “mist” vaccine Saturday must be vaccinated by the mist, or they must wait until the next ‘priority group’ clinic. More information on priority groups and the clinic can be found at kniakrls.com by searching the keywords: “H1N1 Pella”.
