Former Iowa Hawkeye and P-C-M Athlete Brandon Myers has received more recognition for his heroics against Cincinnati on Sunday. Meyers was named Peter Kings’s Special Teams Player of the Week in Sports Illustrated this week. Myers recovered his own forced fumble that led to Oakland’s game-winning field goal over Cincinnati on Sunday. Myers is listed as the third string tight end for the Raiders and has played kickoff coverage this season. He did score two touchdowns in the preseason.
