Future changes within the executive management team at Marion County Bank in Pella were announced Monday by the bank’s Board of Directors. Pete W. Verhey, the bank’s President and CEO, will become President of Pella Financial Group, which is the holding company for Marion County Bank. Taking Verhey’s place at Marion County Bank will be Steve Kraayenbrink, who will be named President and Chief Executive Officer; and Ron Zantingh, who will be the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. The changes will take effect in January, 2010.
