Many residents in Marion County have taken the days leading up to Thanksgiving to gather all of their necessary food items, but for those who procrastinated or forgot one ingredient, there is still hope. Both the Knoxville and Pella Hy-Vee Food Stores will be open on Thanksgiving Day until 2:00 p.m. to accommodate last-minute shoppers. Both stores will re-open their doors at 6:00 a.m. Friday morning for “Black Friday” specials. Fareway grocery stores in Pella and Knoxville are closed for the Thanksgiving holiday.
