A high school teacher-librarian in the Knoxville School District is the October winner of the KNIA/KRLS Ulrich Ford, Lincoln, Mercury Radio Teacher of the Month Award.  Cindy Hauschildt says she is honored to receive the award. This is her 5th year teaching in the Knoxville School District.

As a reward, she’ll receive the use of a vehicle for one month and a check to the Knoxville School District for $250 from Ulrich Ford, Lincoln, Mercury of Pella.

Her nomination –

“I would like to nominate my favorite teacher – Mrs. Cindy Hauschildt.  Mrs. H, as we call her, wears many hats.  She is our high school Teacher-Librarian, a Junior class sponsor, co-camera club sponsor and the driver education teacher.  She’s always willing when someone needs help, no matter what it is – school, family, homework or social problems.  Mrs. H has three kids – her oldest is a sophomore, her middle is a freshman, and her youngest is in fourth grade.  Please choose Mrs. H for Teacher of the Month.  We don’t know how she balances everything she does, but that is why she deserves this award!”
