Area legislators are meeting at Griffin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Monday, November 30 for a long term care legislative forum. Officials at Griffin’s tell KNIA/KRLS News State Senator Paul McKinley, State Representatives Jim VanEngelenhoven and Richard Arnold, along with a representative from Senator Chuck Grassley’s office and U.S. Senate candidate Pat Bertroche are scheduled to attend the event, which will discuss the challenges regarding long term care.
