The Pella Public Library will host a Veterans Day program next week featuring two local veterans who recently took part in one of the “Honor Flights” to Washington, D.C. Tony Hoekstra and Bob De Ronde will talk about their flight to visit the National World War II Memorial in our Nation’s capitol with other Central Iowa veterans. The public is invited to attend the program on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Pella Public Library meeting room.
