Next week is the deadline for non-profit organizations that benefit the Pella Community to apply for grants from the Pella Community Foundation. The foundation makes grants once a year to organizations it believes will preserve the heritage and enhance the quality of life for the people of Pella. The application and more information can be found at www.PellaCommunityFoundation.org, with requests due on Monday, November 16th. Last year the foundations granted nearly $50,000 to 33 non-profit organizations.
