The annual “Dutch Christmas in the Country” light display will be turned on for the first time this year on Monday evening. The hand-made display is located on the John and Birdie DeVries farm, one mile northwest of Pella on 210th Avenue. Due to health issues, the couple has decided that this will be the last year they assemble the display. Lights are turned on nightly from 5:15 to 10:30 p.m. through December 31st.
