An arraignment date has been set for later this month in the case of a Pella man accused of two counts of attempting to entice a minor. 39-year-old Quintin H. VanRheenen was arrested by Pella Police on September 25th and charged after an alleged attempt earlier that day. The second charge was linked to an investigation of an alleged previous attempt.

Enticing away a minor is an aggravated misdemeanor; which is punishable by imprisonment not to exceed two years and a fine not to exceed $6,250. VanRheenen is scheduled to appear for arraignment at 9:30 a.m. on November 17th at the Marion County Courthouse.
