Three Knoxville girls’ basketball players are among the top six in scoring in the Little Hawkeye Conference. Sam Abens is the overall scoring leader at 15.6 points per game while Lacy Stevenson is fifth at 10.4 per game and Alex Abens is right behind in sixth at 10.3 per game. The Abens sisters also are 1-2 in assists in the conference at this point of the season. Sam has 34 assists while Alex had dealt out 33. Knoxville is currently 9-0 on the season and ranked ninth in the latest class three-a poll.
