The Twin Cedars girls are five-and-five on the season, wining four of their last five games to close out the 2009 portion of the season. Coach Justin Nolte says the games that Lyndsey Hoehns was sidelined with her eye injury was when the team struggled to get wins, but several players stepped up in her absence. Nolte is looking forward to the resumption of the season with a road game against Moravia, and then four straight at home with Mormon Trail, Eddyville-Blakesburg, Murray, and Lamoni leading into the Bluegrass Conference Tournament in mid-January.
