Area residents are invited to bring their ideas, comments and concerns to Coffee With the Mayor Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Knoxville Public Library. Knoxville Mayor Harv Sprafka encourages residents to attend this informal town meeting as he also answers questions and updates residents on happenings around town, while saying farewell as being mayor. The meeting is held on the second floor of the library.
