The Knoxville Hospital and Clinics is opening up a new care facility within the next couple months in the mini-mall in front of the Wal-Mart on Highway 14 in Knoxville. Ann Helwig, CEO of Knoxville Hospital and Clinics says the Bell Avenue Clinic will be primarily start out as a women’s health center, offering OB-GYN, FBOB, and midwifery. Helwig added that there is room for possible expansion of the clinic in the future, and they hope to have the new clinic open by the first of February.
