Due to the New Year’s holiday several city and county offices along with many businesses will be closed on Friday. This includes but is not limited to the Marion County courthouse, Knoxville city hall, Knoxville public library and area banks. All of which will resume regular business hours Monday morning. Area post offices will also be closed Friday with mail delivery resuming Saturday.
