Pella Corporation has named David Smart as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Smart most recently served as CFO of Ford Australia, after spending two decades with the Ford Motor Company. In addition, Smart also previously served as Vice President of Finance, Management Information Systems and Strategy for the Jaguar and Land Rover Group based in California.
