An employee in the Rehabilitation Department at Pella Regional Health Center was recently named the hospital’s Shining Star of the Month for December. Kelli Kramer was nominated for the honor based on her attitude, communication, etiquette, sense of ownership and commitment to Pella Regional, among other qualities.

She will receive a $100 gift, a plaque, and be included as a candidate for the hospital’s Shining Star of the Year Award. The Shining Star is a reward and recognition program at Pella Regional Health Center designed to acknowledge an employee each month that demonstrates outstanding standards of behavior and inspires others to do their best.
