Employees at Vermeer Corporation were informed earlier this month that Co-CEO Bob Vermeer was transitioning into the role of Chairman of the Board. In line with the family ownership and management plan at Vermeer Corporation, Mary Andringa has now assumed sole-CEO responsibilities for the company. The change in roles officially went into effect on November 1st.
