Justin Curtis Mikels plead not guilty through a written arraignment last week. The former GOAL teacher charged with three charges of sexual exploitation of a school employee submitted a written not guilty plea. Mikels waived his right to a speedy trial and has a pretrial conference set for February 23rd at 9:30am.
