The 2010 Pella Christian Homecoming Queen and King will be announced Friday afternoon. This year’s Homecoming Court was nominated by submissions from the student body on why they thought the individuals they selected would represent the school well.

The nominees for Queen are: Danielle Franje, Emily Van Gelder, Sara Van Gorp, Heather Van Sant, and Alexis Warden.

King candidates: Joe Blom, Sam De Nooy, Seth Fopma, Derek Fox, and Devin Veenstra.

The students have also taken part in a variety of Homecoming activities this week, including a canned food and cash fundraiser for survivors of the earthquake in Haiti. Pella Christian plays Knoxville in Friday night’s Homecoming basketball games.
