Knoxville Hospital and Clinics has improved their patient satisfaction scores in Emergency Department and Ambulatory Surgery. The Emergency Department has increased their scores by eight points, bringing the average up to 86 points, which puts them in the 97th percentile in Region 6 of the American Hospital Association. While the Ambulatory Surgery, has improved their scores by more than five points in the past eight months, therefore reaching their goal of the 95th percentile.
